However, since its launch, Starlink has grown significantly in less than two years to become one of the most favored and sought-after internet service providers for users worldwide looking to use high-speed internet.

The service is available in over twenty countries worldwide and caters to high-end internet users. It emphasizes high speed, low latency, and unlimited data supply to even the rural and remote areas of the globe.

Starlink Internet service is offered in tier-based plans, namely:

  • Starlink (Normal Residential)
  • Starlink Roam (former RV)

The payment rates vary for different service types and internet speeds desired. For example, you can pay anywhere between $110 – $500 every month one time for an internet connection. You may also choose the $599 – $2500 slab as an initial payment for the gadgets. The package includes:

The charges may be a bit high, but with internet connectivity ranging between 50 and 500 Mbps, varying with the payment level, it’s worth it.

However, Starlink has very weak and inefficient customer support despite the growth and huge promises. This results in a notable slump in the user response rate of the company, affecting its overall business and repertoire.

The company is well aware of this fact. For example, in a public statement, SpaceX admitted the situation honestly to state that though they have fallen behind significantly in their regular user response time, they have plans to improve it with their fast-expanding customer base. 

‘We apologize,’ they say, ‘as this is not the level of help we thought of delivering to your esteemed customers. We have several proper plans to develop things, including increasing the support staff’s capacity.’ 

Any business tries to keep its users connected to its responsive and knowledgeable customer support team. An excellent customer service system is the trait that helps them retain old customers and draw new ones.

However, Starlink is yet to achieve it. Currently, orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. So, you will need to reach their customer service system first, but it is not easy to get easy or quick access.

However, by following the steps below, you can access the Starlink customer service system more easily.

Steps to Contact Starlink’s Customer Support

Here we simplify some steps to contact them, I think it might be difficult if you directly go through without knowing about how contact support works. Check these steps below.

Step 1: Visit the Website or Download the Starlink App

Open your web browser and type www.starlink.com in the address bar.

Step 2: Sign In to the Account  

On the website’s main page, ignore the ‘Order Now’ button because you are already a Starlink user and have visited the website looking for customer support.

Click on the three-line icon > scroll down the page > Click on Sign In.

Using a mobile app, furnish your account details to sign in. 

Step 3: Navigate to the Support Page 

Now, click on Support to open the support page, or for faster access, type https://support.starlink.com in the address bar of your web browser. You will be redirected to the mobile app and continue through the site.

Step 4: Sift through the List of Categories for Your Compliant

When you reach the support page, look at the various probable customer issues that Starlink curated in different categories. 

Some of the most important categories are:

  • Account
  • Billing 
  • Setup
  • Install and 
  • Troubleshooting

Choose the one that you are concerned about and click on it. If you do not find an exact category for your issue, click the similar one. You may type your particular issue in the search box to find it quickly. But if that does not help, click on the closest one to continue.

Step 5: Click on the Thumbs Down Icon to Proceed

If you do not find a suitable answer, contact Support by clicking on the ‘thumbs down’ icon at the bottom of the support page. 

Step 6: Fill Up the Form

You will need to fill up the form provided by the Support page in response to your Contact Support request. This will create a ticket. In the ticket form, write your question in detail with a subject.

Step 7: Submit Your Request

Finally, click the ‘Submit Request’ button below the question box. You will get a confirmation message in your email. Ensure you are signed in after submitting to be informed about the ticket form.

If you’d prefer a more personalized experience, however, you can download the app for Android through the Play Store or iOS through through App Store. 

On the app, simply click on SUPPORT to resume.  

Look through the categories available to search for your topic or a related one. 

If there is a topic available, you can go through the solution in the support document and apply.

However, you can proceed to create a support ticket by tapping the ‘thumbs down’ icon below the page.

Currently, creating a ticket is the only way to connect to Starlink’s Support, as there is no special email or customer care phone number to help you. 

How Long Do I Have To Wait To Get A Response?

Usually, your response should be within 24 hours. However, this depends solely on the availability of customer support members when your request is submitted. Therefore, you only have to do a follow-up on your ticket form by checking regularly.

  1. I’m a subscriber to Starlink RV, after hooking the unit up the antenna started searching for a connection and connected . Now when I turn it on it never looks for the connection doesn’t move, I can put the antenna upside down and it still does not move. Is this normal or is it the cord .

    • save yourself the disappointment. if you can’t get it to keep an internet connection there is no customer service email or phone number. after trying every suggestion on their application and the web numeroustimes, I’ve submitted three service tickets with no response. it’s been out for 2 weeks.

    Then a message shows up “Order Confirmed” and also says: Thank you for your order! you will receive a confirmation email shortly with information on what to expect next.

    You don’t have any of my information (not email, not mailing address), just the home location address that you didn’t like. Help!!!!

How do i know they have received my order as i do not want to try it again and possibly be charged twice for starlink and not be able to get my money back.   11. Need assistance: Trying to order Starlink Roam in Canada (an area where service is available)….two issues….1. shipping addresses is not validating and 2. payment message is “additional authentication required”….but then nothing progresses to allow me to authenticate….what to do?

  12. I placed a deposit in March of 2022. There is still no time table for when starlink will be available at my address so I requested a refund. I received an email that says my refund is zero even though they took $99 and said a full refund would be available if I requested. Now I can find no way to contact customer service through my account. It still shows I paid my deposit but there is no way to access that nor to contact customer service to find out why my refund is zero. Jeff
